Vazgen Sargsyan Military University
In 1996 the Izmirlian Foundation established an ongoing cooperation with the Armenian Government to support military education in the country. Within the period from 1996 to 2003, the Foundation funded the construction of the main facilities of the Military University.
Recognizing the critical role of a highly educated Armenian officer corps in ensuring the security of the Republic of Armenia, the Izmirlian Foundation remains an important supporter of Vazgen Sargsyan Military University.
